R. Hope Prints does not accept returns once the item is recieved due to each phone case being made after each order.

Therefore, we do not accept returns once the product is already being manufactured or has been received. Each customer will have 24 hours to cancel their order if they choose no longer proceed with their purchase. Once the 24-hour mark has passed, you can no longer cancel your order or expect a refund.

We would also like to inform you that we are not responsible for items that were lost during delivery.
